Processing Time All DTF transfers are printed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.

• Next Day Print and Ship: Order by 10 AM EST.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Options

• Free – Pick up in-store (1-2 business days): Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• USPS Ground (4-6 business days): $11.99 Flat Rate
• USPS 3 Day (3 business days): Calculated at checkout
• USPS 2 Day (2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Delivery Times Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, delivery destinations, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

If any shipping issues arise, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Delivery Confirmation USPS will provide a delivery confirmation that includes the date, time, and location of delivery.

Tracking Number Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
