PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY
At DTF One, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, due to the customized nature of our digitally printed products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any orders. When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the print-ready file is accurate and detailed before submission.
CHECK YOUR ARTWORK BEFORE SUBMITTING
Customers must thoroughly review their submission files to ensure all information is correct, including color variations such as brand colors and Pantone shades, before submitting them to DTF One for printing. Once the file is submitted, no adjustments can be made. If our pre-press team determines that a file is unprintable, we will contact the customer directly to request additional instructions or adjustments to proceed with the order.
In cases where a customer’s submitted artwork does not meet our printing requirements due to incorrect format or size, reprinting may be possible at an additional cost if the customer approves it. However, once a file has been approved and sent into production, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be provided for incorrect information submitted during the initial review process.
