File Guidelines (Let's Get It Right!)

📐 Artwork Requirements
Make sure your artwork is vectorized and saved at 300 DPI (that’s pixels per inch). This helps guarantee your prints come out crisp and clean. Only vectorized files are guaranteed to print sharp—no fuzziness here!

🎨 Color Mode
Stick with RGB. And if you want solid black, use 0, 0, 0 for the color values.

📏 Sheet Size Info
All gang sheets should be 22 inches wide. Leave a margin of 0.15 inches all around to make sure nothing important gets trimmed off.

📂 File Tips
Try to keep the height of your file between 150 to 180 inches max—this helps avoid saving or upload issues.
Got a huge order? No problem. Break it up!

  • For example, if you bought 300 inches, send two 150-inch files or three 100-inch ones.

  • If it’s the same design on repeat, you can send us a smaller file like 22×50 inches and tell us how many times you want it printed.
    As long as the total inches match what you purchased, you’re good to go!

✅ Accepted Formats
We accept .PNG and .PDF files.

🔍 Double-Check That Art! (review)

You’re in charge of making sure your design and gang sheet are good to go before submitting. While our team won’t do a full review of your artwork, we’ll reach out if we notice something obviously off.

We don’t offer refunds or reprints for issues like low resolution or incorrect sizing—those only apply if we mess up the printing. So, please double-check everything before hitting send!

If you realize you submitted the wrong file, contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, we might be able to swap it. If it has, you’ll need to place a new order. Keep in mind—resubmitting files will delay your order.


 

Once you’ve completed your payment, you’ll be able to upload your artwork through our WeTransfer link (don’t worry, we’ll share it right after checkout).
